Our Mission
Our mission is to provide public school superintendents, deputy and associate superintendents, and other district executives who aspire to be superintendents with up-to-date, detailed, thoroughly tested information about K-12 governance. Specifically, our aim is to arm superintendents and superintendent-aspirants with practical guidance that they can put to use in their districts to build rock-solid board-superintendent partnerships and to develop their school boards’ capacity to do really high-impact governing work in close partnership with the superintendent.
